Hello Sébastien,
We hope this email finds you well.
It has come to our attention that you recently accessed your account and
changed your password from a new location and deposited EUR 300.00 with
MASTERCARD #5***********0366.
Can you please confirm where are you accessing your account from and if you
are the owner of this card?
Pending to your reply we have suspended your account.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Thanks for your e-mail.

>I'm quite worried about these informations. It seems that someone else has accessed my
account. I never try to access my account from another location. I never tried to
modify my password, I haven't recently tried to make a deposit and the mastercard
listed below is not mine. So it seems there is a big problem! Please let me know how we
can find a solution?

Re-réponse de Pokerstars:
Hello Sébastien,
We have conducted a full investigation into your account. It appears that
whoever accessed your account also had access to your registered email account.
We have determined that a password reset was requested for your account
using the "forgot password" feature. A temporary password was sent to your
email address and this password was used to log in to your account and play
with the funds. The funds were lost and in this case, it is not possible
take further action.
We would like to take this opportunity to advise you of PokerStars Terms of
Service regarding your responsibility as an account owner. As stated in
section 10.2 and 10.3 under "Security and Your Account"
10.2. The User agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all use of the
Service under his/her Login Credentials and that he/she shall not disclose
the Login Credentials to any person whatsoever.
10.3. The User is obliged to keep his/her Login Credentials secret and
confidential at all times and to take all efforts to protect their secrecy
and confidentiality. Any unauthorized use of the Login Credentials shall be
the sole responsibility of the User and be deemed as his/her use. Any
liability therefrom shall be that of the User.
To conclude this matter, we would like to advise you that PokerStars will
not be liable for funds lost on your PokerStars account. PokerStars will not
be held liable for any losses as a result of insufficient security measures
to ensure that your personal details remain secured.
You may wish to visit the following link which offers suggestions on keeping
your password secure:

To help protect your account in future, we will issue you with a PokerStars PIN.
A PokerStars PIN is a 6 digit number that is used in addition to your
password. Once a PokerStars PIN is set for your account, you will be
required to enter your PokerStars PIN via a dynamic virtual keypad, every
time you login.
The use of PokerStars PIN enhances account security by providing an
additional validation number, which would prevent you from being exposed to
certain types of ‘phishing’ and “social engineering” scams.
The PokerStars PIN feature is used in conjunction with a dynamic virtual
keypad. This feature protects you from some malicious ‘Spy Ware’ and ‘Trojan
Programs’ designed to capture your keystrokes when you login from unsecure
or public computers.
Additionally, we now offer RSA tokens to players wishing to enhance the
security of their accounts.
The RSA Security Token is a small device that helps to prevent unauthorized
access to your PokerStars account by requiring 'two-factor authentication'.
'Two-factor authentication' is based on something you know (a password and
PIN) and something you have (a RSA Security Token). This will provide a much
stronger level of authentication than just your passwords.
The RSA Security Token has a number displayed that changes every 60 seconds.
With the RSA Security Token enabled on your account, you will need to enter
that number when logging-in to your PokerStars account.
More information about the RSA Security Token is available on our website at:
http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/room/features/security/token/
Should you wish to order a RSA token, you can do so through the PokerStars
VIP Store (once your account is reopened), from the PokerStars Lobby screen,
select:
'Account -> Login Security Settings... -> Order RSA Security Token...'
In order to reinstate your account with a new password and PokerStars PIN,
we would like to ask you that you please provide us with a clear copy of
your driver's license or other government issued photo ID (front and back).
Please scan or make a digital photo of your ID and send to
